Description:
In the direct messages section of the Twitter app, it is not possible to compose a new message. This feature is found in the official online site, and it being missing from the app, is inconsistent.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131204004003
2) Use the everything.me tool to find the "twitter" app.
3) Select the twitter app and sign into twitter.
4) Navigate to the "Me" tab, and select the Direct Messages button.
5) Observe the behavior.

Actual:
There is no ability to compose a new message.

Expected:
There needs to be an ability to create direct message.
