Turn the cellphone on. 2. Go to "Settings". 3. Select "Cellular & Data". 4. Go to "Mobile Network". 5. Turn off "Data Connection". 6. Go to "Wi-Fi". 7. Turn on the service. 8. Go to MarketPlace. 9. Search for a pricetier app. Observed behavior: From step 9, the pricetier applications appear as "Unavailable" and the Region was changed to "Worldwide". In In-App, there is no possibility to complete the purchase and the device freeze. Expected behavior: The correct result it should be that the Pricetier applications are available for purchase and the Region is in the correct country.

in in-app is working on wifi and is possible to complete the purchase

I can see these on stage now. However we haven't seen that freezing in-app payment bug. If that happens please file a new bug with details.
Verified as fixed. The pricetiers are now available and I was able to perform in-app payments without any issue.
