Details

This bug is an offspring of 93351 fix. The method we fixed the endless loop will 
cause that if user clicks on the href link several times it will work every 
second time. I estimate the impact of this as minor, in most cases only one 
click is needed. If not, an extra click would be a workaround. Still filing the 
bug so that it will be a known issue
