From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3) Gecko/20010801 BuildID: 2001080110 I have install Mozilla 0.93 and after that i installed RealPlayer 8. When I look in plugins list, RealPlayer is not there. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Install Mozilla 0.93 2.Install RealPlayer 8 3.
did you try 'about:plugins" and hit REFRESH ? Should work.
Yes, but it did't work
I have install mozilla 0.93 on a w98 machine(no other version of mozilla or netscape installed) and it is the same problem. If I install the RealPlayer from netscape's plugins site "nsrp8.exe" I can't see it in plugins
Currently, the Real Player installer does not recognize an installed copy of Mozilla. It seaches for Netscape specific registry keys. We are working to resolve this problem with Real but until then you can copy nppl3260.dll & nppl3260.xpt from your Netscape 6 components folder

Then I have to install netscape 6 to get the plugins
Well, if you _really_ don't want to install Netscape 6, you can try the installers at Real.com and then manually locate the DLL and XPT on your disk then manually copy. I'm not sure even if the installer actually puts these on a disk if Netscape is not found.
