Detected during pre-IOT 1.2 Tested with Ikura build Nov 20th Once a call is established, when receiving a second one the following options are presented to the user: - "Ignorar" (aka, Ignore): To reject incoming call (OK) - Red button to finish existing call and accept the second one (this has been reported as confusing for the user) - "Poner en" (this sentence has no sense in Spanish) for putting the current call on hold, and accept the incoming one. See attached screenshot for details. We have been requested to include tags more intuitive for the user. Something like: + "Rechazar" (reject) for rejecting incoming call + "Finalizar+Contestar" (End and answer) for finishing current call and accept the incoming one + "Espera+Contestar" (call on hold and answer) Maybe we'd need the UX input here? Nominated to koi for discussion.

Comments for 12/5 triage: This needs UX & l10n input in order to figure out how to triage this.

Hi Jason, After discussing this internally, we think that maybe it's too late for koi. Maybe it'd better trying to improve this for future versions. Adding Ayman, Jacqueline, and José in cc. Clearing koi. Thks! David

Flagging Matej to advise on strings, per suggestions above. And, are these changes something we'll need to extend to a larger style guide?

Are we looking for new English strings or just new translations? If it's translations, I'll leave it to the l10n team. I think the direction in comment 0 is good, I'd just recommend going even shorter if possible. If we're changing the original, can someone post the strings or a screenshot of the English? Thanks.

Turns out it’s not an i18n issue but an l10n one — and specific to the Spanish locale. Guillermo, would you have a look at this please?

I will look into it once I got a multicall-enabled SIM.

Hi, Apart from the icons and UX which, for me, is confusing (I needed to read the info in comment #0 to understand how to use the screen and what each icon does), the "Poner en espera" button now is "En espera" and fits correctly.

1.3 should not be affected since we pushed 1.2 strings to 1.3 repo. https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/gaia-l10n/v1_3/es/rev/f264709a5961#l1.13
