For now this is going to have to be a separate set of builders. Probably best to implement this as a new platform in config.py.

To start with this might just be compilation. It might also be packaging (done on Linux until bug 946793 is figured out) for the sole purpose of running tests on the builds.

This might by nightly only to begin with, or it might be on-change, dunno yet.

Probably need a new tooltool manifest in the tree, too. Eg, browser/config/tooltool-manifests/macosx64/cross.manifest. Related to bug 946806
Should this now be done in task cluster?

Yes, bug 921040 is running the builds on taskcluster.
