While the two tone cool blues work great with the new color pallet, removing the check mark (we already have grey/blue to determine off/on) and maybe moving in the left side of the lighter blue closer to the white circle would really help make the toggle seem less crowded. I like the two tone color as that aligns well with the new design, but the new design (minimalist white/blue/grey cool colors) all points at clean; which is not accomplished with a crowded toggle.
This is in response to bug 925933.
