Description:
In Music app, all artist names, track titles, and album names are listed in a case sensitive way. For example, sorted by artist name, "Yoko Kanno" would precede and be listed separately from "yoko Kanno" (under the "Y:" and "y:" categories respectively.)

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131205004003
2) Open Music app (with multiple songs in library)
3) Press microphone icon on bottom to open artist list
4) Observe alphabetical sorting while scrolling through list

Actual:
List of Song names, Album titles, and Artist names in Music app are case-sensitive

Expected:
Lists in Music app are not case-sensitive.

The issue reproduces in Buri 1.1 and on Leo 1.1.
