As a user I want to be able to import contacts from both SIMs

Acceptance Criteria

AC1: I want to have only one option enabled when one SIM is present in the device - it should be somthing like ""SIM""
AC2: I want to see no option for importing from second SIM if only one SIM is present

updated acceptance Criteria:

* I am able to import contacts from each SIM during FTE when SIMs are unlocked
* I am not able to import contacts from a SIM in case it is locked (SIM PIN status)
* When only one SIM is present in the device, I will only have the option of importing from this specific SIM - it should be appearing with the corresponding tag
* After the FTE I will be able to see all the contacts that I have imported listed in the contacts app and could be edited
* I am not expecting to see any marker to differentiate from which SIM (subscription) the contacts have been imported

Thought these is no clear definition, but I would like to confirm again. Can user cancel import process while importing contact in FTE?

 I am going to NI Noemi so she can confirm the current single SIM implementation in FTE for contacts import and if its possible to cancel this import. 

 but my aim for DSDS is not to change anything in the import process currently implemented for single SIM so we dont have to do any extra work that support our current features set on DSDS implementation.
