I try to go to http://www.wr.lucent.com/cal/cgi.bin?kevingrp
but get redirected to http://www.cal.com/

If I type just "cal" in my URL bar I go to http://www.cal.com/ so it is like my
original link is getting interpreted to just the "cal" part, and that gets
redirected to the "default" URL. Since my URL is an internal site, I suspect
you could recreate by trying to go to your own site like
http://www.xxx.zzz.com/cal/cgi.bin?xxxx and see if you get redirected to cal
instead.
That is because you are redirecting it to http:/cal/cgi.bin?kevingrp (one slash
after http: ). Or possibly no slashes after the http:cal/cgi.bin.

They are NOT valid URIs. See bug 68977, bug 32966 for a more in-depth analysis.
 Marking invalid.
