This bug is about UI fixes needed in select alert tone and select ring tones screen, where option buttons has shifted to the left in v1.3

STR:

1.Click on Settings -> Sound
2. Select change under Alerts , Ringer

Actual:
Screen to change alert tones or ring tones has option buttons shifted to the left

Expected:
Option buttons should be aligned to the right.

Does this reproduce on 1.1 or 1.2?

I'm wondering if this is yet another fallout from the screen reader work.

This doesn't reproduce in 1.2 and appears to be regression from bug 914892, screen reader work.
