Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131204004003
2) Navigate to the browser and search for a large image. (1080p size is good)
3) Full screen the image, and begin to move the view around the picture.
4) Observe the edges of the picture.

Actual: The parts of the photo not in the immediate view are not loaded correctly and moving around looks rough.

Expected: The parts of the photo not in the immediate view transition fluidly.

1. This needs clearer STR. What site are you using? What image are you using? We need a specific URL to test this.
2. Does this reproduce on 1.1 or 1.2?

Any image large enough to scroll around on is fine. The browser does not matter. I typed into google search "Images 1080p." (But this isn't the end all be all.)

This occurs in both 1.1 and 1.2

Opening the browser app I looked up "Images 1080p" as suggested in comment #2.

The URL I used: http://www.hdwallpapersplus.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/wallpaper-1080p-4.jpg
