Details

External links launch a new public window rather than opening a new tab in the most recently active private window. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set Preferences > Tabs > Open new windows in a new tab instead = True 2. Close all windows 3. Open a new private window 4. Open an external link Expected Results: External links expected to open a new tab in the most recent active window, including a private window. I reviewed 829180.
