If there is a doc only in English available, there is no Link to add a new translation when you logged in. See https://developer.mozilla.org/de/docs/Web/CSS/font-style

Although it is written in English, this is actually a German document. At the moment, translations can only be created from English documents. I am going to mark this as invalid, but I think you do hit on an important underlying point. The fact that this "German" document is actually written in English is misleading. We should think about how to address that in the future. Thanks for reporting this!
