947766 - Poorly worded error message when attempting to attach a file that is too large

Description of problem:
When attaching a file that exceeds the maximum attachment size the error message indicates that the file can be uploaded elsewhere and attached using the URL field. In the past, this "URL" field was in the attachment screen itself and showed up under the Attachments section. However, this field is no longer available. 

In other words, there is no way to specify a URL as an attachment.

The error message I am referring to is:

> The file you are trying to attach is 51200 kilobytes (KB) in size. Attachments cannot be more than 20000 KB.
> We recommend that you store your attachment elsewhere and then paste the URL to this file on the attachment creation page in the appropriate text field.
> Alternately, if your attachment is an image, you could convert it to a compressible format like JPG or PNG and try again.

No, that's not what the error message says. It tells you to paste the URL in the text field, which you can access by clicking the "paste text as attachment" link.

Also, with your proposal, it would be impossible to paste more than one URL.
