1. Open https://www.gpki.go.jp/

Actual Results:
This Connection is Untrusted:

Expected Results:
Connection should be successfully performed like IE9
Severity: normal → critical

https://www.hellowork.go.jp/‎ also fails
The reason you get an Untrusted Connection error when browsing to those websites is because the certificates chain up to the "ApplicationCA2 Root" root certificate that is going through the inclusion process via bug #870185.

The CA can use cross-signing for backwards compatibility, but that is not a Firefox-specific issue -- The CA should consider this.

So the only Firefox-specific issue in this bug is the new root inclusion request. Therefore, closing as a duplicate of that bug.
