The following machines should be renamed, moved to the windows build vlan in scl1, and reimaged as w64-ix rev2:

Summary: reimage old ESR17 iX machines as w64-ix rev2 → reimage old ESR17 iX machines in SCL1 as w64-ix rev2
I believe the next available machine name is w64-ix-slave163.

Not sure if we can request them to be "try-rev2" machines or we have to manually change them (I believe this is the case for scl1).

In scl1 there is only one windows vlan, but in scl3, we'll need to specify try vs build since those will be different vlans.
