The following machines should be renamed, moved to the windows build vlan in scl3, and reimaged as w64-ix rev2: mw32-ix-slave01.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave02.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave03.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave04.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave05.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave06.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave07.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave08.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave09.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave10.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave11.build.mtv1.mozilla.com mw32-ix-slave12.build.mtv1.mozilla.com win32-ix-ref.build.mtv1.mozilla.com linux-ix-ref.build.mtv1.mozilla.com
I am assuming this all pending the machines being upgraded and moved. Is Bug 712456 the best one to wait for a change on?
Both blocker bugs need to be resolved before the machines can be reimaged.

Summary: reimage old ESR17 iX machines in MTV1 as w64-ix rev2 in SCL3 → reimage old windows ESR17 iX machines in MTV1 as w64-ix rev2 in SCL3
nthomas: this is not limited to windows machines. The linux-ix-ref machine is getting repurposed as well.

All of these (plus the three bld-linux64-ix machines) except one are now up in scl3 as b-2008-ix-NNNN. b-2008-ix-0001.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0002.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0003.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0004.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0005.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0006.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0007.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0008.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0009.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com (waiting for a disk replacement) b-2008-ix-0010.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0011.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0012.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0013.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0014.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0015.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0016.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com b-2008-ix-0017.winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com I've asked for monitoring to be added in bug 960853, but I want to make sure that we do some application testing since these are the first machines in scl3 in the winbuild.releng.scl3.mozilla.com domain (note that these should NOT be try machines, since we have a different VLAN for those for security purposes). There may be some flows or issues that crop up, so a little extra testing is warranted.

Is bug 712456 now completed? I will add these to staging.
Bug 712456 is still open because we're still waiting for the disk replacement in 0009.
In case anyone comes and reads this bug, you can count 14 machines in comment 0, however, you will see 17 machines in comment 5. The last 3 machines are from here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=948997#c7 Amy and I spoke about this on IRC but did not make it into this bug (instead it did on the other one).
arr, the b-2008-ix came without production keys. Could this please be addressed? They're idle now.
armen: releng specifically requested that we not manage keys on the windows machines.
