What did you do?
================
1.visited https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Apps?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Apps 
2. clicked on "Sign-in with Persona" button
3. popup window opens up prompting for username/e-mail

What happened?
==============
"Mozilla" animation 'zooms in' and stays enlarged, blocking the view of the rest of window contents after clicking on the "Sign in with Persona" button on developer.mozilla.org

What should have happened?
==========================
animation should've completed, resulting in "Mozilla" text 'zooming out' to its original size; allowing user to see prompt for username/e-mail and the rest of the window contents.

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
This has happened on multiple occasions, though I do not recall if it was from multiple PCs.

This is a problem with Persona, not MDN, correct?

Yeah, anything happening inside the pop-up is on the Persona side. :/ Can you file this as an issue at https://github.com/mozilla/persona/issues and link to it here?
