steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/submit/done/test-app-0k7 2. Wonder why steps #1-4 have a green tick mark next to them since step 4 has not been completed. observed behavior: Green tick marks on the 'Next Steps' page are confusing
