Dont know where does this one belong to
Go into that page. None of the links seem to work if you click on them. If you
ctrl-click, or right click and open the link in a new window, it works

Also the left menu does not behave like expected
When you click on some link of that menu in netscape, the arrow moves down to
the link you clicked

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go into url 
2.Click on any link to the right


Actual Results:  Links dont work. Arrow does not update

Expected Results:  Ns 4.x-alike behaviour since it does fine

Probably evangelism. Since links dont work, a major feature is broken, so
marking major
