And that link(https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/JavaScript/New_in_JavaScript/1.8.6) is broken(404).
MDN is a wiki. A page for JavaScript 1.8.6 hasn't been written yet. I removed the version banner now, because JS versions are no longer used, see bug 867609
