mozilla.org/newsletter is a mobile responsive site, so while there's not a "PC" and a "mobile" specific version, when the page is viewed on a smaller screen, the site adapts to display well on a mobile screen. Thanks for flagging this! It's good to make sure that everything is working as expected and this is working as designed.
