On the group page, group membership counts seem inflated. A group with 3 members says it has 9. A group with 4 says it has 12.

Yes. Anything stating it was merged to curatedgroups branch is in master now, as that branch has been retired.

It appears that the member count is still wrong on a few groups. For example, mozilla reps is missing one member in the count

I'm seeing 303 members of Mozilla Reps in both places - https://mozillians.allizom.org/en-US/groups/?sort=-num_members and https://mozillians.allizom.org/en-US/group/mozilla-reps/.  Am I looking in the right places to see the bug? It's possible someone joined just as this was being tested.

P.S. the screen shot was great, I could see exactly how to check this out.

I am still not seeing 303 and 303. Can someone else (preferably 2 or more) verify that this is an issue? I feel like it is an issue, but is not consistent throughout reports. I have always gotten 303 and 302, and never had the same for Mozilla reps.

I see 303 in both places. This is a very unusual bug.
