94868 - Email Attachment is corrupt

Every time when i send an *.pdf file (Oracle Report File) as an attachment with
mozilla the file is corrupt. 
I noticed that the file size is bigger than the original file
filesize of file is 152K, at the inbox then the file size is 154K.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:

Does this still occur for you in a more recent build?

I've just send rep.rdf to my own email-adress. size of rep.rdf is 80k.
After sending to my email-adress and opened it the size is 81k. I've saved
it to rep1.rdf and attached it as bug.zip to this bug.

I've tryed this with Gecko/20010928.
