mass-reassign of all bank bugs to the banks component. You may filter 
for this change by searching for the string 'ilovetriagebecauseitisfun'

I can't be certain, since I have no idea of the history of this bug, but I think
this is worth checking again.  I just went to the URL above and hit several
links, all without a hitch.  Win98SE, 2002011908

They may have gotten their act together...

Were you using IE? (sorry I had to ask ;-)
The key issue is that it blocks the Netscape commercial release, may not block
mozilla, and we are talking with them.
