Steps to reproduce:

It gets the image from v1.2 http://downloads.geeksphone.com/, to write Keon.
Insert the SIM of NTT Docomo of Japan, starting the Keon.
After that, I went correctly set the APN.



Actual results:

Signs of the antenna shows the maximum, but the connection of a 3G is not performed.

I took the data by enabling "ril.debugging.enabled". Attach to add a log that has been acquired.
It was also "Qualcomm RIL 1.0" version of RIL acquired in "gsm.version.ril-impl".
