Update and stabilize code that generates dashboard data.

I've just released new data to telemetry.mozilla.org. There was a minor bug getting the right revision of the histogram.json files, so a some measures wouldn't load. I've patched the data set, and only a few measure are missing, mainly from old versions. Anyways, this is fixed in the code, so next time we aggregate the entire dataset again, those few missing measures will come back. I'll probably run it again sometime next week. In the mean time, this should be updating every 24 hours - I'll check up on that next week :)
