Seth recently made it so the checkmarks in several trees now looks like normal
checkboxes.

I think it looks strange to have them left-aligned, they would look better
center-aligned.

Objections?  Jglick, do we need to change the spec for this?

I agree centered looks nicer also. I believe the specs already shown them 
centered.

I tried doing this long ago, while I was doing the outliner->tree conversion.  I
had it working (in message filters, for example) but people testing my test
build reported strange hangs while using the message filters dialog.  I
eventually attributed this to the centering of checkboxes, and removed it.  We
could put it back, but it wouldn't be as easy was writing some CSS, it would
take some c++ analysis of tree code.
