948981 - Force return path for MPLS traffic back over MPLS

For traffic to systems like the PBXs and the wifi controllers, we need to force the path for traffic initiated over the MPLS network to return back over MPLS. This allows for office-to-office utilization of the interface and for easier administration.

Date: I would like to perform this work during the break.

Impact: Office to office communication could be impacted - there is a potential that for some time during the maintenance that offices will not be able to reach each other.

Scope: All offices.

Primary: adam
Backup: XioNoX

Notification: none.

Plan: Advertise office routes over MPLS, adjust the preference so that under normal circumstances MPLS is not the preferred path. Implement source-routing for hosts that need to be forced back over MPLS.

Backout: rollback config.

The configuration implemented in my lab did not translate to success in production. Most of the configuration and some of the changes that I made to prep were safe to leave in, which I did so that the next attempt can be executed more quickly. I am continuing to explore options.
