Steps to reproduce:

start firefox and navigate to a page 1
create a second window and navigate to a different page 2
close the second window with the red x
close firefox
restart firefox


Actual results:

on restart, the second window from above is restored showing page 2
this is particularly troubling when the second window was in fact a small window opened by a web site and then closed by the user


Expected results:

The state at the time firefox is closed should be restored.

Can't reproduce, the page 1 is restored to me after restart.
FF 29.0a1 (2013-12-15), win 7 x64

Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled):

I can't reproduce it either.  Gremlins?
