This bug is just waiting for Mozilla's IT people to create an account for Ying.  There is no further action required by Ying or Steven.

Can you confirm whether I have the authorities to push code to ssh://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-b2g28_v1_3t ?

I have tried sometimes,seems I can't.

Hi Ying,

I've confirmed with our IT staff that you have the correct flags set and that the repository only requires scm_level_1.  Have you set up your ~/.ssh/config correctly?  It should look something like

Host hg.mozilla.org
User [e-mail]

Can you ssh to hg.mozilla.org?

After creating the config file, I can ssh to hg.mozilla.org 

ffos@ffos2:~/yingxu/hg/v1.3t$ ssh hg.mozilla.org 
No interactive shells allowed here!
Connection to hg.mozilla.org closed.
