This happens on every site, you can also test it directly on this bug report.

I can't reproduce this issue with latest Nightly 29.0a1 (build ID: 20131215030202) on Ubuntu 13.10 64-bit.
If I log in to Bugzilla, using the Persona window, by only typing in the email address and not the password, I don't see the window moving to a different position.

Could you please try the following :
1) try this with a clean profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
2) running in Safe mode: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

Here are 2 screenshots which show how the "Password Required" window looks on the first appearance and after I have clicked on OK. This test was also made on the current nightly.

If I install Master Password+ add-on from https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/master-password/ on latest Aurora, I can only see once the dialog that asks me for my master password.
Could you please give the detailed steps that you're following? Thanks!

I'm now a little confused what this has to do with this addon.
> Could you please give the detailed steps that you're following?
1. Delete your profile.
2. Open Firefox and set a master password.
3. Login into this site and save your password.
4. Close Firefox.
5. Open Firefox and go to this site.
6. The "Password Required" window should appear (first_try.jpg).
7. Click on OK.
8. The "Password Required" window does reappear at a little different position (second_try.jpg).

After deleting it, I've created a new profile, that I used for this bug
> 2. Open Firefox and set a master password.

This window does not appear for me. I'm automatically logged on bugzilla. So I can't perform steps 6-8
> 7. Click on OK.
> 8. The "Password Required" window does reappear at a little different
> position (second_try.jpg).

Really strange that you are automatically logged in as I don't know what should cause this. Maybe somebody else is able to reproduce this.
