*Procedure
1. Download a file by 3g connection
2. Turn of 3g connection durind the download porccess to cause failure of the download
3. Open the download list
*Expected Result
The failed download is displayed with the literal "failed"
*Actual Result
The failed download is displayed with the literal "Canceled"
