*Procedure
1. Download a  file
2. Open the download list during the download process
3. Stop the download proccess
4. Click on restart download

*Expected Result
The download is restarted and downloading progress bar is displayed during the download process

*Actual Result
The download is restarted but downloading progress bar is not displayed during the download process. After restart the download, the file appears as canceled/stopped but actually is downloading

Ok, my mistake, the notification is working fine, the bug is in download list

Just a question, how do we know that the item is being downloaded, in that case what could be happening is that during a restart, we should check that we are having the events once the download is restarted.

I know that the item is being downloaded because "Network activity" icon is displayed and if i wait the necessary time, the download appears as completed

And the notification shows this info as well thought so the API is working fine here
