This patch changes the "jelly" URL to use the "moar_native" variant, and changes the "donut" code around it to behave differently (email-verification-detection now happens in the donut, not the jelly). It also updates the tests to skip the message that is now unused. It probably needs some more work: the jelly switches to "now syncing" as soon as it hands sessiontoken/keyfetchtoken to the donut, whereas really it ought to show "waiting for email verification" until that finishes.

This is intended for elm.
