Whenever I upload any android add-on, AMO tells me that they're not compatible with any apps. The only way around it I've found is to hack the page to re-enable the android checkbox. While its a neat captcha, there's probably something wrong with the manifest detection.

Can you attach the add-on you are trying to upload? Thanks!
Also, I was able to upload a test add-on based on Near Me without any issues.
