When zooming in on a web page on the browser I am unable to click on a link (nothing happens)

Launch Browser
Go to google.com
Search for something (cows)
after search results page loads
use backwards pinch motion to zoom in on the page 
Tap any of the links in the results page.

Expected:
 Browser loads link
Actual:
 Nothing happens.

Can someone check how often this consistently reproduces (i.e. reproducibility rate)? Does this happen on 1.1?

I was able to repro on Leo 1.1 commercial RIL.  After zooming in, selecting links causes a momentary flash of the link, but there's no other response.  Long tapping the link also does not show a response except for the link being highlighted.
