After you create a contact with his photo, you can't actually see the contact's face. (You can only see full picture when editing not viewing) Is there a way to improve it or no?

That's been code by desing of contacts app. Did you try to pull down in the photo to show the rest of it? That was a specific requirement from UX. :)
I think Francisco has addressed this. Please re-flag UX if any requirements or spec behavior is not clear. Thanks!
