Firefox 26, running with Windows XP SP3 has rendering problems when scrolling up or down. Problem does not appear with Xubuntu or Windows 7 x64.

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; InfoPath.2) Steps to reproduce: upgraded to V 26 at Windows XP SP3 home form V 25.0.1 Actual results: Wghen scrolling up or down,an images in browser are distorted (rendering problems?). Expected results: Scrolling up and down without changes in text an image appearance.
OS: Windows 7 → Windows XP

No, I am no longer using Windows XP nor Firefox 26.
