is reproducable: 1. browse in window 1, open 2nd, go to http://www.mozilla.org/quality/help/bugzilla-helper.html, click on "log in" (http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/query.cgi?GoAheadAndLogIn=1) => login page is opened in window 1 same for "see bugs in this component" on same page

Yup, now it works... it was reproducible in my last Mozilla session only. So closing Mozilla and restarting it fixed that... okay, let's leave that as closed. I am used to similar "funny" behaviour that Netscape 4.7x shows from time to time... I use 0.9.3 / 2001080110
