there are intermediate bars of varying sizes appearing when the scrollbar
updates itself

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to do something which makes the scrollbar move and update itself like
inputting text in form like this

Actual Results:  intermediate bars are displayed on the scrollbar

Expected Results:  it should be clean or clear

the modern skin works fine
Reporter: IS this still a problem with a newer build ?
I am using build 2001083103 on WinNT and it is still there
Reporter, can you provide a screenshot of this behaviour with a recent build.

this bug will have to be closed because we cannot see it.

I am using build 2001092603 on Win2k and I don't see this bug anymore.
