Details
Steps to reproduce:
1) enable WiFi
2) check for updates, download an update, wait for it to complete download
3) refuse to install it
4) disable WiFi
5) tap the update notification in notifications center
Expected: 'Would you like to install this update now? [YES] [NO]'
Actual: 'Sorry, you are not connected. [LATER]'
If I connect:
Expected, lazily: 'Would you like to install this update now?'
(although this would be crazy)
(I don't really need WiFi for this)
Actual: 1) 'Would you like to download this update?'
2) (immediately)
'Would you like to install this update?'
