Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.webelements.com/.
2. Hover over one of the small periodic tables near the top, or over the banner
ad between them.

Actual result: a purple bar is drawn under the image until you move the cursor
off of the image.

Expected result: no change in the page look, or at least something symmetrical.
