User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:25.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/25.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 2013102400
Steps to reproduce:
Close TB normally. Attempt to open; refuses to open because "still running".
Actual results:
Close TB normally. Attempt to start again; refuses to open because "still running"
Expected results:
TB should start. User should not have to open task mgr or system monitor to kill zombie processes in order to be able to use an application. Installers or admins should NOT get call-backs because users can't use mature software installed in default configuration.
TB bug should have been fixed (actually fixed, that is) - this bug has been reported since before 2007.

Rufus, do you still see this problem when using a current version?

Wayne
I don't think it's been a problem for a while; last I recall seeing it was about a year ago. Just checked, killing its window, and there were no remnants I could see.
I'm running:
Suse 42.1 LEAP
kde 4.14.10
T-bird 38.5.
Thanks for all the work you guys do.
