The bookmarksBar class should contain all UI elements (and API interactions, if any) we use in our tests. The implementation should be similar to the locationBar: http://hg.mozilla.org/qa/mozmill-tests/file/400a2a2447ba/firefox/lib/toolbars.js#l327
Mozmill is dead, WONTFIX the remaining bugs.
