I see this on my build today as well (Macintosh; modern theme).
I do *not* see a problem with the more/fewer button in Image dialog tho.

I have a fix for two problems:
1. The ugly More Properties button in modern.
2. The "Choose File" button that has a thin line drawn over it in modern.
and some cleanup of redundant align="..." uses.
