guess-msvc.bat is set up for detecting VisualStudio Express 2013, but there's no start-msvc12.bat file that actually uses those paths. Just copying the 11 file and replacing "11" with "12" inside worked fine..

This was fixed a long time ago. Please make sure your Mozillabuild is up to date.

Sorry, forgot about them not getting packaged in 1.8 like they were supposed to be. That was fixed in version 1.9, which you can download a preview of from dev-platform.
