95115 - N610 startup crash. Privileged instruction violation. [@ 0x0012f43c][@ CoolBucky.dll]

We have 429 talkback incidents today from 219 users reporting a startup crash. 
Talkback shows this command line: 
"D:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape 6\Netscp6.exe" -installer 
and reports a privileged instruction violation causing a crash with the laconic 
stack:

         0x0012f43c
         CoolBucky.dll + 0x18e1c (0x03408e1c)
         CoolBucky.dll + 0x4900 (0x033f4900)
         0xed12e91c

It looks from comments that some people may be having trouble with an install 
over the top of N6.0x. Any relation to bug 94807? 
All 429 bugs show up on platform NT 5.0 build 2195 (Talkback's ID) which appears 
to be a Win2K Pro OS. I have personally installed on Win2K Pro on a 
friend's machine (without a previous N6 installation) and had no problems. Can 
someone try over the top of N6.0x?
