Description:
The user can tap around the camera, select, delete and share buttons and they will register a touch event. The hit boxes around these icons are too large.

Repro Steps:
1)  Updated Buri to Build ID: 20131216140918
2)  Tap on the "Gallery" icon.
3)  Tap on either side of the "camera" and "select" icons at the bottom of the screen without actually tapping on the icons themselves. 

Actual:
The hit boxes for available options in the gallery are too large. The user can tap around the icons and the icons will register a touch event. 

Expected:
All options in gallery will not activate unless the user actually taps on the icons directly.

This issue does occur on Buri v 1.2.0 Mozilla RIL

Gallery options are not launched unless the user taps on the icons themselves. 

This issue occurs when APZ is turned on or off in developer settings. It doesn't matter.

I think this is actually a feature (which works the same way without apzc)
